Mission Statement: TRW Travel & Expense Management helps clients optimize the way they select and manage the travel, meetings, and expense management. We offer extensive experience to companies wrestling with these complex overlapping issues to help them reduce costs and save time. We also have deep expertise in the evaluation of travel and expense automation - including the integrated approaches that create 'end-to-end' travel systems. Finally we help companies reconcile and leverage the often disparate functions of transient and meetings-related travel. By taking a holistic approach to travel and expense management, we help clients reduce costs and implement more efficient workflows.
Our Principals:
Tom Wilkinson established the firm in 2005 after 20+ years of travel management consulting and 5 years with Sabre/GetThere/Travelocity Business. With deep expertise in managed travel, travel automation, sourcing and contracting, Tom helps clients to optimize their travel and expense management programs in the US and globally. Tom instructs the National Business Travel Association 'Corporate Travel Expert' course and speaks often at NBTA and other travel industry function. Tom has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Villanova Law School.
Mike Malinchok has spent over 22 years in the meetings and travel industry in key positions at companies like StarCite, GetThere, BCD Meetings & Incentives, and McGettigan Partners. Mike has focused most of his career in the area of Meetings Technology and the business processes surrounding the usage of those technologies. Mike is President of S2K Consulting, LLC which focuses on providing consulting services to organizations in the area of strategic meetings management. An active member of NBTA, Mike has worked extensively with the Groups & Meetings committee in the development of its SMMP (Strategic Meetings Management Programs) documentation and is on the faculty for the SMM Certification coursework. Mike has a BS from The American University, Washington, DC.
Associates & Affiliates
Kathleen Jordan has over 20 years of experience is in software and systems engineering, including the management, analysis, development, and deployment of software and information systems. Systems experience ranges from small office networks to specialized real-time image-processing to large-scale R&D systems. Experience includes information technology assessments, software architecture definition, process assessments, and technology transition guidance. Kathy has a BS in Physics from Muhlenberg College, and M.S in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
